Being authentically me!

I’m doing me, and other’s may not understand; that’s okay, their not meant to.
I am pleased, content and inspired. Their beautiful.

Some may ask, “what are you going to do when you get old and they look different?”

I’m going to look at each one and smile and remember the meaning and reason behind their creation and the thought I put into my decisions.
(My most recent tattoo 8 days old, still healing).

  1. I am 64 and just got my first tattoo. I have no regrets and plan to get at least two more. Your statement caught my attention and I love the thought behind it. Thank you

  2. But why did u live a life trapped as a slave in the opinion of others? How were u ever able to enjoy your tattoos? Wheres the peace in that? U would of been more free without them. I dont mean to be disrespectful at all, but I dont get that.

  3. Love this thought. I love the ones I have and at 62 have plans for many more. The most important thing to me is the meaning behind each one.
